Strategy

The University adopts a strategy focused on digitalization, academic excellence, innovation, and sustainability, structured around five main axes:

1. Governance and Management:

  • Deploy an integrated digital platform (student, faculty, and administrative portals) to centralize services and optimize management.

  • Implement monitoring and management tools (ERP, dashboards, indicators) to enhance decision-making and performance.

  • Strengthen stakeholder participation (students, faculty, partners) through advisory committees and satisfaction surveys.

  • Develop national and international strategic partnerships to support institutional transformation.

2. Education and Employability:

  • Promote hybrid and digital learning through e-learning platforms, MOOCs, and innovative certifications.

  • Develop transversal skills (soft skills) and reinforce international openness (mobility, double degrees, co-degree programs).

  • Facilitate graduates’ professional integration via job portals, alumni tracking, and digital and physical career centers.

3. University Life and Well-being:

  • Create digital and physical spaces to simplify administrative procedures, student follow-up, and internal communication.

  • Encourage diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, while promoting a safe and stimulating environment.

  • Develop cultural, sporting, and associative activities to foster student and staff development.

4. Research and Innovation:

  • Support applied and collaborative research, leveraging digital and advanced technologies.

  • Recognize scientific publications and enhance the university’s visibility and impact.

  • Encourage academic innovation and university entrepreneurship.

5. Societal and Sustainable Engagement:

  • Integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into all university activities.

  • Promote social entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation.

  • Ensure equal opportunities and access for all, while reducing the university’s environmental footprint.

Cross-cutting approach:
The strategy is based on a participatory and continuous approach, combining continuous improvement, digitalization, and stakeholder engagement, to position the university as a modern, inclusive, and innovative institution.
